I ordered a closure (20inch)and 3 bundles(30inch).The hair is very soft and didn't have a smell. Very little shedding. I definitely will ordering more hair . DHL made mistakes and the seller fixed it with no problem I bleached and dye the hair and it feels amazing!!!! I curled my hair hair and flat iron with no problems I will always get hair from them from now on
